These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vybly's platform, services, and experiences (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, making a booking, or attending a Vybly experience, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you may not access or use the Services.
1. About Vybly & Our Services
Vybly is an offline-first social platform that curates small-group dinners and experiences, connecting people based on shared interests, preferences, and personality signals.
Vybly's role is limited to:
- Curating compatible groups
- Arranging reservations or experience logistics
- Facilitating communication related to the event
We do not operate restaurants, venues, or experience providers, and we do not act as an agent for users in disputes with third parties.
While we aim to create meaningful and enjoyable connections, Vybly does not guarantee:
- Specific gender ratios or age ranges
- Compatibility between participants
- That you will meet entirely new participants at every event
2. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Vybly.
- You may maintain only one active account at any time.
- We may request age or identity verification where necessary.
- Duplicate, misleading, or fraudulent accounts may be suspended or permanently removed.
- Accounts inactive for over two years may be deleted after notice.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity conducted under your account.
3. Bookings, Reservations & Event Details
3.1 How Bookings Work
- All reservations must be made exclusively through the Vybly platform.
- Bookings made via third parties will not be recognized or refunded.
- You may attend Vybly events only as a registered participant. Guests are not permitted.
3.2 Event & Venue Information
- Restaurant or venue details are shared via the platform within 24 hours (or a few hours) before the event.
- Vybly may change venues, locations, or group compositions up to shortly before the event due to availability or operational reasons.
- Event duration is not fixed and is determined organically by participants.
3.3 Dietary Preferences
- Food preferences (e.g., vegetarian, fish, meat) are treated as guidelines, not guarantees.
- Vybly does not guarantee allergen safety, dietary compliance, or prevention of cross-contamination.
- You are responsible for reviewing menus directly.
- If an option does not work for you, contact us and we'll try to help - though changes are not guaranteed.
4. Pricing, Fees & Payments
- Vybly charges a service fee (subscription, membership, or booking fee) for curation and coordination.
- This fee does not include food, beverages, classes, or experience costs, which must be paid directly to the venue or provider.
- Vybly is not responsible for billing disputes with restaurants or experience hosts.
4.1 Budget Indicators
Budget preferences are approximate and may evolve over time:
- $ — under $50
- $$ — $50–$100
- $$$ — above $100
These estimates typically reflect:
- One main dish + one non-alcoholic drink
- Excluding taxes, tips, alcohol, sides, or extras
Users are encouraged to review venue pricing independently.
5. Matching & Algorithms
Vybly uses algorithms to group users based on:
- Preferences
- Interests
- Location
- Energy and personality signals
- Past event feedback
We do not use discriminatory criteria. Matching outcomes may vary and are not guaranteed.
6. User Conduct & Community Standards
Vybly is built on trust, respect, and psychological safety. By using the Services, you agree to behave respectfully and lawfully.
6.1 Prohibited Behavior
You may not:
- Harass, abuse, discriminate, or intimidate others
- Engage in unwanted advances or inappropriate conduct
- Misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliations
- Use false profiles or impersonate others
- Bring unregistered guests to events
- Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or exploitative activity
Vybly reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
7. Prohibited Use of the Platform
You agree not to:
- Solicit personal, financial, or sensitive information from other users
8. Content Restrictions
You may not share content that:
- Is abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, or psychologically harmful
- Violates public decency or applicable laws
- Contains false or misleading information
- Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
- Depicts minors without appropriate consent
Violations may result in immediate removal from events or platform access.
9. Communications & Notifications
By using Vybly, you consent to receive communications via email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone, or in-app messaging, including:
- Booking confirmations
- Event updates
- Feedback requests
- Promotional messages
You may opt out of promotional communications at any time via app settings, unsubscribe links, or by contacting contact.vybly@gmail.com.
10. Data Protection & Security
We apply industry-standard security measures to protect user data. Personal information is not shared with other users without consent.

11. Intellectual Property
All Vybly content — including logos, visuals, text, and software — is owned or licensed by Vybly and protected by intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
12. Media & Image Use
By attending Vybly events, you consent to being photographed or filmed. Vybly may use such content for marketing or promotional purposes worldwide, for the duration of your membership and up to 10 years thereafter, unless you request otherwise in writing.
13. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- Vybly does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Services.
- We are not liable for user interactions, third-party actions, venue issues, or technical failures.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vybly disclaims all warranties and liability for indirect or consequential damages.
14. Assumption of Risk
By attending Vybly events, you voluntarily assume all risks, including personal injury, loss, or disputes with other participants.
15. Force Majeure
Vybly is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, regulatory changes, or system outages.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts unless otherwise required by law.
